I.Vacuum pump accessories as follows.
1. Oil mist filter ( alias: oil mist separator, exhaust filter, exhaust filter element )

2.Air filter (alias: air filter element)
The sliding space of the vacuum pump is very small, foreign media containing particles, dirt, will damage the sliding surface, the sliding surface of the pump is attached or blocked, resulting in the pump can not work properly. In order to prevent foreign matter from being sucked into the pump, it is necessary to use a filter to block its entry into the pump. 3.Oil filter (alias: oil compartment)

1. Abrasion
Abrasion is a common failure mode of vacuum pump spare parts, one is under the condition of lubrication, the frictional abrasion of the contact surface between spare parts, often occurs in the gear, cylinder, vane, rotor slide bearing, rolling bearing. This type of abrasion is slow, abrasion loss effect is mainly related to lubrication, sealing conditions.
