Principles of film selection:

① Chemical compatibility of substrates and film materials. The most ideal chemical compatibility means that during the preparation of the film, the interface performance does not degenerate, and the phases do not have harmful chemical reactions on the interface.

② physical compatibility of substrate and film materials. Physical compatibility mainly refers to the matching of the matrix and film materials in thermal expansion coefficient, elastic modulus, and the lattice coefficient. The result directly affects the distribution of residual stress inside the film material, and then affects the mechanical properties of the film.
