PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sapphire film hard coating equipment is a professional equipment for depositing sapphire film. The equipment integrates three coating systems of medium frequency reactive magnetron sputtering + CVD + AF, and can provide a transparent high hardness film with low friction coefficient on the product surface.
The film coated by the equipment provides protection, wear resistance and corrosion resistance for the product surface without changing the product color. It has strong adhesion, high wear resistance, good hydrophobicity, excellent salt spray resistance and ultra-high hardness.
The equipment can be used for the surface of precious metal jewelry, high-grade watch pieces, glass crystals and brand ornaments to play a super protective role. The equipment can prepare SiO2 Al2O3 AF sapphire film and other coatings.
