PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
In the vacuum state, place the workpiece on the cathode of low-pressure glow discharge and inject appropriate gas. At a certain temperature, a coating is obtained on the surface of the workpiece by using the ionization polymerization process combining chemical reaction and plasma, while the gaseous substances are absorbed on the surface of the workpiece and react with each other, and finally a solid film is formed and deposited on the surface of the workpiece.
Characteristic:
1. Low temperature film forming, the temperature has little impact on the workpiece, avoiding the coarse grain of high-temperature film forming, and the film layer is not easy to fall off.
2. It can be coated with thick film, which has uniform composition, good barrier effect, compactness, small internal stress and is not easy to produce micro-cracks.
3. The plasma work has a cleaning effect, which increases the adhesion of the film.
The equipment is mainly used for coating SiOx high resistance barrier on PET, PA, PP and other film materials. It has been widely used in medical / pharmaceutical products packaging, electronic components and food packaging, as well as packaging containers for beverages, fatty foods and edible oils. The film has excellent barrier property, environmental adaptability, high microwave permeability and transparency, and is hardly affected by environmental humidity and temperature changes. It solves the problem that traditional packaging materials may bring about health effects.
