PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The coating line adopts vertical modular structure design and is equipped with multiple access doors, which is convenient for independent installation and maintenance of the cavity, assembly and future upgrading. Equipped with fully enclosed purified material rack conveying system to avoid workpiece contamination. The workpiece can be coated on one or both sides, which is mainly used to deposit EMI film, protective film and metal film. Special cavity design can adapt to special-shaped and plane workpieces.
The coating chamber of the coating line maintains a high vacuum state for a long time, with less impurity gas, high purity of the film and good refractive index. The full-automatic speedflo closed-loop control system is configured to improve the film deposition rate. The process parameters can be traced, and the production process can be monitored in the whole process, which is convenient to track the production defects. The equipment has a high degree of automation. It can be used with the manipulator to connect the front and rear processes and reduce the labor cost.
The coating line is suitable for SiO2, in, Cu, Cr, Ti, SUS, Ag and other simple metal materials; It is mainly used in PC + ABS, ABS, stainless steel sheet and other products. The equipment has been widely used in automobile lamp cup, automobile plastic trim, electronic product shell and other products.
