PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The large horizontal magnetron sputtering coating production line is a large planar magnetron sputtering continuous production equipment, which adopts modular design to facilitate future expansion and upgrading. Equipped with multiple groups of large magnetron cathodes, it can be applied to the combination of multiple membrane structures. Fully automatic control and high stability transmission system, which can be seamlessly connected with the manipulator to realize continuous and stable assembly line operation. Fast production pace and large production capacity.
The coating line is suitable for plating ITO, AZO, TCO and other transparent conductive films, as well as elemental metals Ti, Ag, Cu, Al, Cr, Ni and other materials. It is mainly used in smart home panel, display screen, touch screen, vehicle glass, photovoltaic panel and other products.
