PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The large-scale anti fingerprint coating equipment for high-end sanitary ware is equipped with cathode arc ion coating system, medium frequency magnetron sputtering coating system and anti fingerprint coating system, which meets the dual requirements of metal parts and ceramic parts in the high-end sanitary ware industry in terms of decoration and anti fouling performance. The equipment can be coated with rich color films and AF anti fingerprint films. The equipment is equipped with track transmission and dual station system, which greatly reduces the working intensity and shortens the standby time. The equipment can switch a variety of coating processes, with fine coating, bright color, good coating repeatability, good coating uniformity and high process stability.
The equipment can be coated with titanium, rose gold, champagne gold, Japanese gold, Hong Kong gold, bronze, gun black, piano black, rose red, sapphire blue, chrome white, purple, green and other colors. The equipment has been widely used in large-scale ceramic sanitary ware, high-grade ceramic sanitary ware, high-grade sanitary metal parts, electroplated alloy parts, stainless steel cabinet / refrigerator decorative panels and other products. This equipment has been widely recognized by domestic, European, North American and other overseas customers.
