ZCL1912 is a coating machine which combines multi arc ion sputtering and magnetron sputtering PVD coating technology. It can place multiple magnetron cylinder or planar targets and multiple arc targets. It can coating a variety of different film systems on the surface of glass, ceramics and metal hardware products. With the combination of magnetron sputtering and multi arc ion coating, the coating process is more flexible, and the film quality is better. The control system is composed of Mitsubishi / Siemens PLC + IPC / touch screen. The machine can be fully automatic, semi-automatic or manual control.
ZCL1912 magnetron ion sputtering coating machine can be applied to metal, ceramics, crystal glass, etc., such as cell phone card slot, electronic product button, mobile phone middle frame, jewelry, watch, furniture hardware, bathroom ceramics / metal parts, high-grade metal decorative parts, etc. The machine has the characteristics of high dissociation rate, high deposition rate, simple operation, low cost and high productivity.
ZCL1912 coating machine can adapt to a wide range of coating targets, such as: Cu, Zr, Ti/TiN/TiCN/TiAlN,chromium CrN, stainless steel, Au, Ag, Pt, Ni, SiO, niobium oxide and other metal or oxide materials. Using sputtering coating technology to make decorative film on the product surface, combining with multi arc ion technology can improve the adhesion of the film, high production repeatability, good coating density, good coating uniformity and other characteristics.
