1. Organic solvent degreasing

Degreasing procedure: Wipe the surface of the part with gasoline, immerse it in the solution tank for 3 to 10 minutes, and put it in the C₂HCl₃ tank for ultrasonic degreasing for 5 to 10 minutes. Among these solvents, C₂HCl₃ has the best degreasing effect, but it is highly toxic and should be ventilated when using it.
2. Emulsify and remove oil
Emulsification degreasing can remove the lubricating oil adhering to the metal. Formula: 3g/L~15g/L sodium pyrophosphate, 5g/L~10g/L No. 105 detergent, 50g/L~60g/L water glass, 5g/L~8g/L O.P emulsifier.

4. Combined degreasing of gasoline and acetone
First scrub the surface of the parts with cotton yarn soaked in gasoline, or perform ultrasonic cleaning in gasoline for 15 to 50 minutes. After degreasing with gasoline, use C₃H₆O to remove oil.
5. Decontamination of metal parts
Remove oxides, looseness, burrs and other structures on the surface of parts. Spray the surface of metal parts with a mixed solution of water and magnesia powder at a certain flow rate. You can also add abrasives such as diamond sand, cottonseed skin, wood chips and so on in the drum for polishing.
6. Electrolytic degreasing
Electrolytic degreasing is also electrochemical degreasing. Procedure: Use the part to be deoiled as an electrode, then apply a DC voltage, use 10%-20% NaOH soda ash as the electrolyte, and operate at a temperature of 30°C to 80°C.
7. Chemical cleaning of metal parts
Before coating, it is necessary to remove the surface oxide, oxide film and various contaminants on the part. Generally, the oil is removed according to the above methods, and then immersed in a chemical cleaning solution, and then rinsed with tap water for 5 to 15 minutes, and then immersed in 2% to 5% ammonia water to achieve neutralization. Use tap water After rinsing, it is immersed in deionized water twice, and finally immersed in absolute ethanol for dehydration, and then heated to a temperature of 80°C~100°C in a drying oven or dried with hot air. For industrial applications, freon can be used instead of absolute ethanol.
8. Pre-treatment of TiN plating on tools
The pre-plating treatment of the TiN film on the tool by the vacuum coating process requires decontamination, degreasing, removal of surface loose tissue and burrs, and dehydration. C₂HCl₃ soak for three minutes for degreasing, steam C₂HCl₃ soak and steam bath for three minutes, 50°C alkaline metal cleaner for three minutes ultrasonic cleaning, soak in deionized water at 25°C, rinse with running water And ultrasonic treatment, soak in Freon 113 for three minutes, and use manual spray gun to shoot F113.
