Vacuum coating equipment consists of two parts: vacuum equipment and vacuum system, and the vacuum system mainly uses diffusion pump as the main pump to achieve the purpose of vacuumizing.
In the existing vacuum system, no matter whether the vacuum equipment is in the working state or the shutdown state, the diffusion pump is in the continuous pumping state. If the vacuum equipment is in the shutdown state, the valve cover above the diffusion pump falls down to cover the air inlet of the diffusion pump, and the diffusion pump will pump air for itself; when the vacuum equipment is working, the rest of the pump groups will be pre pumped to meet certain conditions, generally 3-5pa, the valve cover above the diffusion pump will be lifted, and the diffusion pump will pump air to the vacuum equipment. When the vacuum equipment is shut down, the diffusion pump still works continuously, which wastes a lot of electric energy and consumes a lot of energy, resulting in high production cost.
