According to the vacuum coating equipment manufacturer, the substrate winding system is the heart of the entire winding coating equipment, which consists of a substrate winding device and a power trolley.


The material winding device is divided into three areas: unwinding roll system, electroplating main roll system and winding roll system. The unwinding roll system consists of unwinding shaft, guide roll, rubber flattening roll and rubber arc flattening roll. The winding roller system consists of a guide roller, a tension rotation speed detection roller and a tracking device. The tracking device can automatically adjust the position according to the change of the diameter of the winding roller, and keep the equidistant gap for winding. The tracking device is equipped with guide rollers and rubber arc flattening rollers, which can adjust the arc position outside the vacuum chamber.


The substrate reel and the unwinding reel adopt an inflatable structure to tighten the substrate reel, and a quick-release square head type installation and transmission structure is adopted.


The winding shaft of the substrate adopts an AC variable frequency motor as its rotational driving force, and the AC vector variable frequency controller adopts the torque mode output to control the operation of the AC variable frequency motor to ensure that the substrate can maintain a stable winding tension during the winding process; the substrate The unwinding method adopts passive unwinding method, and the winding tension of unwinding is controlled by imported inverter motor and vector controller.


Rewinding and unwinding adopts AC vector frequency conversion controller to ensure the stability of winding and unwinding tension during operation. The low-temperature electroplating main roller is used as the control unit for the winding speed of the substrate, and also adopts the AC motor variable frequency speed regulation as its driving force, so that it can smoothly adjust the winding speed in a wide range.


The main roller of low temperature electroplating is made of stainless steel and adopts water circulation cooling structure inside. The surface of the roller is finely ground to maintain good contact with the substrate, thereby cooling the plating substrate sufficiently. A water-cooled evaporation cover is installed under the low-temperature electroplating main roll to protect the roll surface that is not covered by the substrate.


The winding tracking device in the material winding device is provided with a fluorescent lamp, which is used to observe the rewinding quality of the film and the electroplating quality of the aluminum layer on the surface of the film.


According to the coater manufacturer, the power trolley of the winding system is the power system that mounts and holds the substrate winding unit and controls its movement. It feeds the substrate winder into and out of the vacuum chamber for vacuum aluminizing operations and for loading and unloading the substrate take-up and unload reels, respectively, and for easier cleaning of the vacuum chamber and winder . The power trolley is driven by the motor and the reducer to run on the guide rail, and there are limit switches at both ends of the guide rail.


The power trolley is equipped with an AC variable frequency motor and a reducer to drive the rotation of the substrate reel; a hydraulic station is installed; an AC gear motor and a synchronous belt deceleration drive that drive the operation of the low-temperature electroplating main roller are installed; the winding speed and winding speed of the substrate are installed Length detection mechanism; it is also equipped with an electrical control board for controlling the operation of each workpiece of the substrate winding device, as well as a driving motor, a reducer and a reduction transmission device for the operation of the power trolley.


According to the coating machine manufacturer, the electronic control cable and cooling water outlet are installed on the back of the power trolley. Two manual/automatic tension adjustment controllers are installed on the front door of the electric trolley, which are respectively used for winding magnetic powder clutch and unwinding magnetic powder brake.


The main roll freezing/tempering device is installed at the rear of the electric trolley.



The electrical control cabinet is a component specially used to control the vacuum system of the equipment. The coating machine manufacturer said that the front of the control cabinet is equipped with a computer-controlled resistance, thermocouple, and ionization composite vacuum gauge; it is equipped with a monitoring panel for a vacuum pump system. The monitoring panel is provided with an oil booster pump heating ammeter, an oil diffusion pump heating ammeter, an oil booster pump heating thermometer, an oil diffusion pump heating thermometer, and a man-machine interface for the operation control of the vacuum pumping system.


There are two electric control boards installed in the electric control cabinet to control the action of each component of the vacuum pumping system.
