Precautions for installation and use of high vacuum coating equipment
The vacuum winding coating machine is disassembled into parts for transportation, so the user shall check the external conditions of the equipment and whether the items listed in the packing list are complete after receiving the equipment. Generally, we will send engineers to the site to guide the installation, such as transportation to foreign countries. If conditions permit, the engineer will go with the translator to achieve better communication effect.
At the equipment installation site, the pit shall be excavated in advance according to the foundation drawing, and the concrete ground shall be poured. The foundation shall be solid, flat and clean. When installing the vacuum sealing surface, clean it and check whether the sealing ring is well embedded in the groove. In the process of tightening bolts, it should be noted that the bolts around the flange are evenly stressed in all directions.
1. after the vacuum tank is in place, use the adjusting screw and gasket on the machine base to adjust the levelness of the vacuum tank. During adjustment, take the main machining surface on the machine tool as the benchmark, check that the vertical and horizontal deviation is not greater than 0.2mm/m, and fix it with foundation screws after leveling.
2. put the diffusion pump into the pit, connect the high suction valve of the evaporation chamber with the suction port of the lower chamber of the vacuum tank, adjust the height of the diffusion pump and connect it with the square valve, and pay attention to leveling the pump port flange.
3. put the oil booster pump into the pit, connect the winding chamber suction high valve with the upper chamber suction inlet of the vacuum tank, adjust the height of the oil booster pump and connect it with the valve.
4. put two roots pump sets and two h-150 slide valve pumps into the pit and install them in place.
5. install all valves and connect all vacuum pipes according to the marks.
6. install the moving track and moving frame of the winding device, and adjust the position of the guide rail to make the sealing ring of the large disc on the moving frame closely fit the flange of the vacuum tank. If there is a gap above or below, the guide rail can be tilted.
7. install the pneumatic components and air pipes of the equipment, and connect the air supply pipe of the workshop with the double station air inlet of the equipment.
8. install the console and electrical control cabinet of the equipment, and connect each cable to the corresponding working parts. Pay attention to the matching label and good contact.
9. the grounding cable connecting the equipment must ensure that the grounding grid between the equipment and the workshop has good conductivity.
10. install the water system of the equipment, connect the water supply system of the workshop to the inlet pipe of the evaporation system and the winding device, and connect the return water to the drain pipe. The cooling water pipe of the vacuum pump is provided by the user.
11. install the exhaust system of the equipment. All exhaust pipes shall be provided by the user.
Before using any kind of vacuum coating equipment, we must carefully read the manual and be familiar with the structure principle, functions and operation methods of each part of the whole machine.
1. after confirming the correct installation of water, electricity and gas, put the slide valve pump and roots pump into trial operation, and the rotation direction shall be consistent with the specified direction of each pump.
2. check whether each power transmission device of the equipment operates normally.
3. check the operation of the winding trolley, whether the seal between the winding trolley and the vacuum tank is reliable, whether each travel switch installed on the guide rail works normally, and whether the placement and positioning of the crawler are intact.
4. According to the sequence from low vacuum to high vacuum, the vacuum system shall be debugged step by step to check whether the sealing of each link is reliable, whether the opening and closing of each valve is flexible, whether the position of Hall switch is correct, and the operation of each vacuum pump shall be stable without abnormal vibration and noise.
