① Check whether the operation control switches of the vacuum coating machine are in the "off" position.
② Turn on the main power switch, and the device sends power.
③ Pull out the low pressure valve. When the inflation valve is opened and the sound of air flow is not heard, the bell valve is activated and the bell is raised.
④ Install and fix the tungsten spiral heater. Fix the PVDF film and aluminum cover on the rotating disc. Put the aluminum wire in the spiral heater. Clean all parts in the bell to ensure that there are no impurities or dirt.
⑤ Lower the bell.
⑥ Start the vacuum mechanical pump.
⑦ Turn on the power supply of the compound vacuum gauge (compound vacuum gauge model: Fzh-1A). A. Turn the left knob "1" clockwise to the heating position pointing to section 2. B. The pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise. When the pointer moves to 110mA, the left knob "1" rotates to point 2 to the measurement position.
⑧ When the pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise again to 6.7 Pa, the low pressure valve is pushed in. At this time, the left knob "1" is rotated to point to the measurement position of section 1.
⑨ Turn on the cooling water in the vacuum coating machine, start the diffusion pump, and heat for 40min.
⑩ Pull out the low pressure valve. Repeat ⑦ action program: turn the lower left knob "1" to point to the measurement position of section 2. The pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise. When the pointer moves to 6.7 Pa, the high pressure valve is opened (the stem rotates clockwise).
⑪ Wait for the pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" to move to 0.1 Pa and turn on the gauge filament switch. A. The launch, zero point measurement button "9" rotates to point to the launch position. B. Rotate the lower left knob "1" to point 1 to the measurement position.
⑫ Turn the emission adjustment knob "4" so that the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" points to 5.
⑬ Rotate the transmitter, zero, and measurement knob "9" to point to the zero position.
⑭ Turn the zero adjustment knob "10" to make the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" point to the 0 position.
⑮ Transmit, zero, and measurement knob "9" rotate to point to the measurement position.
⑯ Turn the standard adjustment knob "3" so that the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" points to 10.
⑰ Turn the "multiplier" switch button "8" to point to 10-12. When the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" moves counterclockwise to more than 1, turn the "multiplier" switch knob "8" to point to 3.
⑱ When the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" moves counterclockwise by more than 6.7 Pa, turn on the work piece rotary switch, and the PVDF film to be plated in the bell jar rotates.
⑲ Turn on the evaporation button switch. Insert the current split plug into the evaporation electrode distribution hole (with 1, 2, 3 and 4 holes, which can be inserted into any hole).
⑳ Rotate the right regulator hand wheel with your right hand and slowly rotate to boost. A. Observe the color change of the heating temperature of the tungsten spiral heater from the sight glass window. B. When the color of the tungsten spiral heater turns yellow-orange and the aluminum wire begins to melt, operate the shutter button with the left hand to remove the shutter above the tungsten spiral. C. All the aluminum wire melts and evaporates, and the baffle returns to its original position. D. Turn the regulator handwheel to the zero position with the right hand. The first evaporation work is completed.
