The vacuum coating equipment manufacturer said that the evaporation system consists of a metal aluminum evaporation device and a carrier.


The aluminizing device includes 18 groups of water-cooled evaporation electrodes, 18 conductive boron nitride crucibles installed on the electrodes, an aluminum wire feeding mechanism, and a water-cooled evaporation baffle plate. The aluminum wire feeding mechanism synchronously and continuously sends eighteen aluminum wires to the surface of eighteen groups of boron nitride crucibles corresponding to each other, so that they can be quickly heated and evaporated.


The feeding speed of the aluminum wire can be continuously and steplessly adjusted by the operator according to the specific requirements of the coating to achieve the best evaporation state. The evaporation power of the eighteen groups of crucibles can also be adjusted by the operator uniformly or individually.


One end of the evaporation electrode adopts 18 sets of copper inner water cooling structure, and the other end adopts a set of copper outer coil water cooling structure. The evaporation crucible is made of conductive boron nitride composite material, and the end of the crucible is embedded and clamped.


The aluminum wire feeding device is driven by an AC motor, respectively driving eighteen pairs of friction rollers to press and feed the aluminum wire mounted on the wire feeding tray. The pressing force of the friction wheel set is adjustable to prevent slippage due to low pressure. Eighteen groups of aluminum wire feeding devices are connected by couplings to realize synchronous aluminum wire feeding.


The water-cooled evaporation baffle consists of a water-cooled evaporation protection tank and a movable water-cooled baffle. The water-cooled evaporation protection tank is fixed on the installation bottom plate of the evaporation device, and is mainly used to prevent the heat from spreading to the surrounding and below when the aluminum is heated and evaporated. The movable water-cooled baffle is located above the water-cooled evaporation protection tank, that is, above the evaporation crucible. It can be turned on or off by an electromagnetic pneumatic device outside the vacuum chamber, which is used to isolate the long-term radiation of the heat source to the substrate during the crucible preheating and evaporation conditioning.


According to the manufacturer of vacuum coating equipment, the bracket of the evaporation unit is used to transport the entire evaporation unit into and out of the vacuum chamber for easy replacement of crucibles and aluminum wires and cleaning of the evaporation unit. Inside the trolley are 18 low-voltage and high-current transformers for evaporation, aluminum wire-driven drive motors and deceleration devices, mobile water-cooled baffles to open and close electromagnetic pneumatic devices and evaporation devices, water-cooled water valves, water distributors and water relays. The trolley is driven by the motor to run on the guide rail, and there are limit switches at both ends of the guide rail.




Manufacturers of vacuum coating equipment say that compared with other types of mechanical vacuum pumps, water ring pumps have the following advantages:


1. The structure is simple, the manufacturing precision is not high, and it is easy to process.


2. Compact structure and high pump speed. Generally, it can be directly connected to the motor without a reducer. Therefore, with a small structural size, a large displacement can be obtained, and the occupied area is also small.


3. The compressed gas is basically isothermal, that is, the temperature changes very little during the process of compressing the gas.


4. Since there is no metal friction surface in the pump cavity, there is no need to lubricate the pump, and the wear is very small. The sealing between the rotating part and the fixed part can be done directly by the water seal.


5. The inhalation is uniform, the work is stable and reliable, the operation is simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
