      The PVD vacuum coating equipment must work under vacuum, so the equipment must meet the requirements of vacuum on the environment. The requirements of vacuum on the environment generally include the requirements of vacuum equipment for the temperature of the laboratory (or workshop), the particles in the air and other surrounding environments, and the requirements for parts or surfaces in a vacuum state or in a vacuum.


      These two aspects are closely related. The quality of the surrounding environment directly affects the normal use of the vacuum equipment; and whether the vacuum chamber of the vacuum equipment or the parts installed in it are cleaned directly affects the performance of the equipment. If the air contains a lot of water vapor and dust, it is difficult to achieve the expected vacuum degree by using an oil-sealed mechanical pump to pump the air without cleaning the vacuum chamber. It is well known that oil-sealed mechanical pumps are not suitable for pumping gas that is corrosive to metals and reacts to vacuum oil and contains particulate dust. Water vapor is a condensable gas. When a large amount of condensable gas is pumped out, the pollution of the pump oil will be more serious. As a result, the ultimate vacuum of the pump will drop and the pumping performance of the pump will be damaged.


      Dust in an industrial environment is distinguished by powder, untitled, and dust. A powder is a substance in a state of aggregation or dispersion of powder or solid particles. The so-called powder refers to a collection of tiny solid particles, and particles are tiny substances that can be counted one by one. Smoke body is a material system in which small solid or liquid particles are present in the gas in a floating state. Whether a substance is solid or liquid, all particles in the form of particles can be collectively referred to as dust particles. The standard of air cleanliness is determined by the size of the dust particle diameter, so as to customize the level of clean room. It is not only suitable for industrial sectors with clean requirements, but also suitable for vacuum requirements for clean environments.
