A brief description of the installation of high vacuum roll-to-roll coating equipment






For the installation of high vacuum coil coating equipment, the installation position of the machine must be determined first, and space for operation and maintenance and a certain storage site for raw materials should be considered around the machine.


The high vacuum coil coating machine is disassembled into parts for transportation. After receiving the equipment, the user should check the external condition of the equipment and whether the items listed in the packing list are complete.


The equipment installation site should dig a pit and pour a concrete floor in advance according to the foundation map. The foundation should be solid, flat and clean. When installing the vacuum sealing surface, it should be cleaned, and check whether the sealing ring is well embedded in the groove. In the process of tightening the bolts, pay attention to the uniform force of the bolts in all directions around the flange.


1. After the vacuum tank is in place, use the adjusting screws and pads on the base to adjust the level of the vacuum tank. When adjusting, take the main processing surface of the machine as the benchmark, and check that the vertical and horizontal horizontal deviation is not greater than 0.2mm/m . After leveling, fix it with anchor screws.


2. Put the KT-900 diffusion pump into the pit, connect the high vacuum valve of the vapor deposition chamber to the exhaust port of the lower chamber of the vacuum tank, adjust the height of the diffusion pump to connect with the square valve, and pay attention to the leveling of the pump flange.


3. Put the Z-630 oil booster pump into the pit, connect the high suction valve of the winding chamber to the suction port of the upper chamber of the vacuum tank, adjust the height of the oil booster pump and connect it with the valve.


4. Put 2 ZJ-1200 Roots pump sets and 2 H-150 slide valve pumps into the pit and install them in place.


    5. Install all valves and connect all vacuum pipes according to the marks.


6. Install the moving track and moving frame of the winding device, and adjust the position of the guide rail so that the sealing ring of the large circular plate on the moving frame can fit closely with the flange of the vacuum tank. If there is a gap above or below, the guide rail can be adjusted to be inclined.


7. Install the pneumatic components and air pipes of the equipment, and connect the air supply pipeline of the workshop with the dual air inlet of the equipment.


8. Install the operation console and electric control cabinet of the equipment, connect each cable to the corresponding working parts, pay attention to the labelling and good contact.


9. The grounding cable connecting the equipment must ensure that the equipment and the grounding grid of the workshop have good electrical conductivity.


10. Install the water system of the equipment, connect the workshop water supply system to the water inlet pipe of the evaporation system and the winding device, and connect its return water to the drain pipe. The cooling water pipe of the vacuum pump is provided by the user.


11. Install the exhaust system of the equipment, and all exhaust pipes are equipped by the user.
